Create a positive mindset and go from wishing for a happier life to having one!
"Happiness is not by chance, but by choice."
- Jim Rohn
You've probably heard the saying, "You can't buy happiness." It's true! Happiness is only found within you. It's a gift you can only give yourself.
But what happens when you can't seem to find it on the inside anymore?
Many turn to look on the outside. Buying stuff they really don't need. Thinking if they just have a bit more money it will make them happier. They eat too much, Drink too much, exercise too much. Or they turn to unhealthy habits or relationships.
Here's the thing, there are happy rich people and happy poor people. Happy single people and happy married people. Happy big people and happy little people. You get my point.
So, what's their secret?
They've chosen to be happy.
Wait! It can't be that simple.
Choosing to be happy is a habit and if you've been in the habit of looking at the glass as half empty, well, there you have it.
There is good news! Habits can be changed. Yes, it takes work and time but isn't it worth it to be happy?
Where do you start? One step at a time. I'm here to help. Start by getting my newsletter to find out more or join in on one of my happy challenges. It might just change your life.

Hi! I’m Billie, mom of 4 amazing (of course) children spanning over 2 generations. In 2003, my husband and I had this crazy idea to adopt when our youngest son was 12. Within 2 years we were blessed with two beautiful daughters from China. It was the best decision ever! I can’t imagine our family any other way.
But, as we all know, life is about it’s ups and downs. In 2008 I was diagnosed with breast cancer when our youngest was just 5. My 17 year old son was struggling with life because of a misdiagnosed learning disability and my husband was traveling all over the world 80% of the time for work. Not to mention I was running my own small business and taking care of the household. Looking back, I’m not sure how we all made it through those times but we did and everyone is thriving. You know how the song goes, What doesn’t kill ya makes you stronger. That’s my song.
Now that I have more time freedom, I like to travel with my husband, spend time with my kids and grandson, try out new recipes, make new friends and the list goes on and on.
I'm an active, happy, 50 something that has found my happy and purpose. I love helping other women that are struggling with finding their happy.
