Focused & amazed at how my ears simultaneously picked up on all the another various sounds... crickets, birds chirping, construction noise 😂along with the bell as I was sitting outside. It was calming though believe it or not bc that’s what I was focused on ...the sounds. I am at peace. - Loriann
